DESCRIPTION: Culion Sanitarium and General Hospital, which requested augmentation of funds to cover the increasing cost of goods and supplies affecting its daily operations, and Ilocos Sur Medical Center, which is preparing to become a Level 2, 200-bed capacity general hospital pursuant to Republic Act No. 11705, are to receive additional funding for MOOE to sustain operations, continuous responses in health, and assured unhampered services.
