DESCRIPTION: In line with the findings and results of the MCCOD Assessment Report in 2022, the online re-orientation activity aims to bridge the identified gaps in the adoption of the MCCOD Assessment Tool and increase the report submissions in the DOH Data Collect Hub. (Reference: Department Circular No. 2023-0158, "Online Re-orientation on Medical Certification on Cause of Death (MCCOD) Assessment Process in Health Facilities on April 25, 2023" dated April 4, 2023)
