FULL TITLE OF GPPA: Workshop on the Monitoring and Evaluation Structure for Nursing Service in Health Facilities

DESCRIPTION: The Nursing Service constitutes the formidable backbone of the health facility in numbers, and in the services it provides across various areas of the facility. Being at the forefront of patient care, it has a critical role in providing the highest levels of patient safety and quality of care. The conduct of monitoring and evaluation of nursing procedures and processes are vital to improve nursing services, and tools were also developed together with the Hospital Nursing Service Administration Manual, 4th Edition in 2019. It is within this premise that the Health Facility Development Bureau needs to review the monitoring and evaluation structure for the Nursing Service to ensure that the processes are responsive and that they meet client expectations.
