Synthesis and Key Agreements During the Program Implementation Review of Regional Health Laboratory Units Held on July 6-10, 2026

By authority of the Secretary of Health, approved and signed by Officer-in-Charge Assistant Secretary of Health, Dr. Melissa T. Sena; addressed to DOH regional directors, attention their respective Regional Health Laboratory Units, and others concerned; includes as annex to this issuance the consolidated RHLU concerns and recommended actions, and the summary of key agreements that emanated from the program implementation review for the information and reference of all concerned.

This issuance originated from the DOH HFDB: Address further inquiries about this issuance to the Bureau's Office for Health Laboratories.
