By authority of the Secretary of Health, signed and issued by Dr. Mary Ann Palermo-Maestral, Undersecretary of Health and lead DOH executive for the Universal Health Care - Health Services Cluster, addressed to DOH regional directors, chiefs of DOH and GOCC hospitals, treatment and rehabilitation centers, includes a link to submit nominations for Sagip Saka focals, and as annex to the issuance, a copy of the resolution of the Farmers and Fisherfolk Enterprise Development Council that approved the designation of focals in National Government Agencies, attached agencies, bureaus and corporations, and field offices.
This issuance did not originate from DOH HFDB: Address further inquiries about this issuance to the DOH's UHC-HSC Technical Office.
