By authority of the Secretary of Health, signed and issued by Dr. Albert Francis E. Domingo, Undersecretary of Health and former Chief of Staff, addressed to concerned DOH executives and all regional directors, and BARMM Ministry of Health, includes links to download the complete set of brochures encouraged for printing and reproductions, and related talking points for mainly DOH representatives' engagements with local chief executives.
This issuance did not originate from DOH HFDB: Address further inquiries about this issuance to the DOH's Bureau of Local Health Systems Development. The HFDB and its regional counterparts, the HFDUs in the CHDs, provide technical assistance on the LHS-ML framework characteristic on service delivery.
