By authority of the Secretary of Health, signed and issued by Dr. Albert Francis E. Domingo, Undersecretary of Health and Chief of Staff, addressed to all DOH executives, central and regional directors, division chiefs, program managers, chiefs of hospitals, treatment and rehabilitation centers, includes as annex to the issuance a copy of the PMS Assessment Report, and a link to download a PDF copy of the same, in aid of promoting the utilization of the report as key reference in management and program implementation reviews.
This issuance did not originate from the DOH HFDB: Address further inquiries about this issuance to the DOH's Performance Monitoring and Strategy Management Division.
