By authority of the Secretary of Health, signed and issued by Atty. Christian Lel M. Saquilabon, Assistant Secretary of Health, addressed to DOH HFSRB and CHD directors and their regulatory chiefs and officers, BARMM Ministry of Health, concerned hospitals, references DOH A.O. No. 2012-0012, as amended, on the clarification on licensing of ambulatory surgical clinics (ASC) in hospitals.
