By authority of the Secretary of Health, signed and issued by Atty. Christian Lel M. Saquilabon, Assistant Secretary of Health, addressed to all DOH executives, central and regional directors, BARMM Ministry of Health, directors of specialty hospitals, chiefs of hospitals and other health facilities, attached agencies, attention to members and secretariats of Bids and Awards Committees, and procurement and end-user units; includes as annexes to the issuance copies of Resolution No. 10-2026, and Circular No. 06-2026 from the Government Procurement Policy Board in aid of strict observance of the requirements and guidelines by all concerned.
