By the powers vested under Section 15, Article VI of the Constitution, signed and issued by His Excellency, President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr., in order for the Congress of the Philippines to urgently consider the passage of priority legislative measures, including some from the Health Executive Agenda for Legislation (HEAL) of the Department of Health.
For assistance on DOH's HEAL, address inquiries and requests to the Legislative Liaison Division of the Health Policy Development and Planning Bureau.
