Signed and issued by the Secretary of Health, Dr. Teodoro J. Herbosa, applies to all DOH central and regional offices, DOH hospitals and other health facilities, BARMM Ministry of Health (in accordance with the Bangsamoro Organic Act, or R.A. No. 11054); aims to establish a framework to guide planning across all DOH units such as on linking planning with budgeting, delineating roles and responsibilities, and aligning with national, regional, and local priorities.
This issuance did not originate from DOH HFDB: Address further inquiries about this issuance to the DOH's Health Policy Development and Planning Bureau.
