By authority of the Secretary of Health, signed and issued by Atty. Christian Lel M. Saquilabon, Assistant Secretary of Health, addressed to all DOH executives and regional directors, BARMM Ministry of Health, directors of specialty hospitals, chiefs of hospitals, aims to provide guidance in the conduct of the HFP System for CY 2026 among all government and private hospitals, infirmaries, and primary care facilities; also includes roles of certain units CHDs and MOH-BARMM such as C/PDOHOs, RLEDs, and HFDUs.
This issuance originated from DOH HFDB: Address further inquiries about this issuance to the Bureau's Health Systems Development and Management Support Division.
