By authority of the Secretary of Health, signed and issued by Atty. Christian Lel M. Saquilabon, Assistant Secretary of Health, addressed to DOH executives and regional directors, BARMM Ministry of Health, directors of specialty hospitals, chiefs of hospitals, includes links to register to discrete HFPS orientation sessions for CHDs and MOH-BARMM, government and private hospitals, and primary care facilities.
