Deadline for Compliance: December 18, 2026 (Friday)
By authority of the Secretary of Health, signed and issued by Atty. Brigida H. Romualdez-Aquino, Undersecretary of Health and Gender and Development (GAD) Focal, addressed to all DOH central and regional directors, directors of specialty hospitals, and chiefs of DOH hospitals, treatment and rehabilitation centers, includes as annex to the issuance, guidelines to establish physical and/or digital GAD corners in the DOH, and links to download the equivalent guidelines issued by the Philippine Commission on Women, and the template for the GAD Corner Tracking Matrix, all in aid of compliance on or before December 18, 2026 (Friday).
This issuance did not originate from DOH HFDB: Address further inquiries about this issuance to the DOH GAD Focal Point System Secretariat (GFPS) under the Health Policy Development and Planning Bureau. (The HFDB Director sits at the DOH GFPS Technical Working Group.)

All external clients of DOH Central Office bureaus and services, Centers for Health Development, DOH hospitals and treatment and rehabilitation center shall be required to fill out the FOI Standard Request Form at bit.ly/StandardFOIForm.
For details, read DM No. 2026-0157, "Utilization of the Online DOH Freedom of Information (FOI) Standard Request Form for Walk-in and Email Clients" dated February 20, 2026.
