By authority of the Secretary of Health, signed and issued by Atty. Randy B. Escolango, Undersecretary of Health, addressed to all DOH executives, central and regional directors, directors of specialty hospitals, chiefs of hospitals and treatment and rehabilitation centers, heads of attached agencies, reiterates A.O. No. 2016-0033, "General Guidelines on the Retention and Distribution of Philippine Health Insurance Corporate (PHIC) Professional Fees as 'Pooled Funds' in Government Hospitals in Accordance with PHIC All Case Rate Policy" dated June 30, 2016, and specifically clarifies Item V.C of the policy on "Distribution of the Pooled Funds" for strict compliance.
This issuance did not originate from DOH HFDB: Address further inquiries about this issuance to the concerned DOH unit under the Office of Undersecretary Escolango.
