By authority of the Secretary of Health, signed and issued by Atty. Christian Lel M. Saquilabon, Assistant Secretary of Health, addressed to all DOH executives, directors of specialty hospitals, chiefs of DOH hospitals, encloses a copy of the summary report, and includes a link to download the same in aid of disseminating the information to all concerned.
This issuance originated from DOH HFDB: Address further inquiries about this issuance to the Bureau's Policy, Planning and Program Development Division.
