Reiteration on the Compliance with the Data Privacy Act (DPA), its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), and Other Relevant Issuances by the National Privacy Commission (NPC)

By authority of the Secretary of Health, signed and issued by Atty. Brigida H. Romualdez-Aquino, Undersecretary of Health and Data Protection Officer of the DOH, addressed to all DOH executives, central and regional directors, directors of specialty hospitals, chiefs of DOH hospitals, treatment and rehabilitation centers; in aid of compliance to the Data Privacy Act and the obligations of Personal Information Controllers, cites relevant NPC issuances for compliance by all DOH operating units and offices, QR code and downlink link to the Seal of Registration and Certificate of Registration issued by the National Privacy Commission to the DOH.

This issuance did not originate from DOH HFDB: Address further inquiries about this issuance to the DOH's Data Privacy and Protection Unit under Undersecretary Romualdez-Aquino.

WORLD DAY FOR SAFETY AND HEALTH AT WORK, celebrated every April 28, this year the International Labor Organization shall launch a campaign with the message "Let's ensure a healthy psychosocial working environment." Visit ILO page on this international observance.
