By authority of the Secretary of Health, signed and issued by Dr. Mary Ann Palermo-Maestral, Undersecretary of Health, addressed to all DOH executives, central and regional directors, BARMM Ministry of Health, encloses a copy of the report on the 4th NRCIM, and includes a link to download an electronic copy of the same, in aid of dissemination, for the reference of all concerned.
