By authority of the Secretary of Health, signed and issued by Dr. Albert Francis E. Domingo, Undersecretary of Health and Chief of Staff, addressed to all DOH executives, central and regional directors, BARMM Ministry of Health, includes a link to download a copy of the Operational Guide to guide the operationalization of local quality structures in the 17 sites of the Philippines: Health Systems Resilience Project (HSRP) supported by the World Bank.
This issuance did not originate from DOH HFDB: Address further inquiries about the issuance to the DOH's Performance Monitoring and Strategy Management Division. For information on the PH-HSRP, contact its National Project Management Office under the DOH's Bureau of International Health Cooperation.
