By authority of the Secretary of Health, signed and issued by Dr. Albert Frances E. Domingo, Undersecretary of Health and Chief of Staff, addressed to all DOH executives, Central Office units and Centers for Health Development, attached agencies, includes a link to download the National HRH Masterplan Monitoring Report in aid of disseminating the information.
