By authority of the Secretary of Health, signed and issued by Atty. Christian Lel M. Saquilabon, Assistant Secretary of Health, address to all DOH executives, central and regional directors, BARMM Ministry of Health, directors of specialty hospitals, chiefs of hospitals and treatment and rehabilitation centers, includes a link to download the National IPCHS Program Strategic Plan 2026-2030 in aid of disseminating the information to partners, stakeholders, and health facilities.
