By authority of the Secretary of Health, signed and issued by Atty. Christian Lel M. Saquilabon, Assistant Secretary of Health, addressed to all DOH executives, central and regional directors, BARMM Ministry of Health, includes as annex to the issuance, and a link to download a copy of the report in aid of disseminating the information to all concerned partners, stakeholders, and primary care facilities. Online access to IPCHS resources and materials, and the IPCHS e-Learning module in the DOH Academy (www.learn.doh.gov.ph) also promoted.
