Saquilabon, Assistant Secretary of Health, addressed to all DOH executives, central and regional directors, BARMM Ministry of Health, directors of specialty hospitals, chiefs of hospitals, includes link to the website of the International Pharmaceutical Federation (www.fip.org) to access promotional/campaign materials.
