By authority of the Secretary of Health, signed and issued by Atty. Christian Lel M. Saquilabon, Assistant Secretary of Health, addressed to all DOH executives and regional directors, BARMM Ministry of Health, directors of specialty hospitals, chiefs of hospitals, encloses a copy of the PH-SINAG Report, and includes a link to download the same, in aid of disseminating the information to all concerned.
This issuance originated from DOH HFDB: Address further inquiries about this issuance to the Bureau's Facility Performance Management Division, and also to the DOH Health and Climate Change Office (HCCO).
