By authority of the Secretary of Health, signed and issued by Atty. Christian Lel M. Saquilabon, Assistant Secretary of Health, addressed to all DOH executives, central and regional directors, BARMM Ministry of Health, directors of specialty hospitals, chiefs of hospitals, treatment and rehabilitation centers, includes a link to download the official 2026 WHDD campaign materials in aid of disseminating the information and resources to concerned health offices and facilities.
