By authority of the Secretary of Health, signed and issued by Dr. Mary Ann Palermo-Maestral, Undersecretary of Health, addressed to DOH executives, central and select regional directors, BARMM Ministry of Health, encloses a copy of the Action Plan as was developed with the World Bank for the PH-HSRP, and includes a link to download the same, in aid of dissemination to the concerned project sites in Regions II (Cagayan Valley), V (Bicol), VI (Western Visayas), VII (Central Visayas), VIII (Eastern Visayas), IX (Zamboanga Peninsula), X (Northern Mindanao), XI (Davao), XII (SOCCSKSARGEN), and BARMM.
This issuance did not originate from DOH HFDB: Address further inquiries about this issuance to the PH-HSRP National Project Management Office under DOH's Bureau of International Health Cooperation.
