By authority of the Secretary of Health, signed and issued by Atty. Christian Lel M. Saquilabon, Assistant Secretary of Health, addressed to concerned DOH executives and regional directors, directors of specialty hospitals, chiefs of DOH hospitals, copy of the Technical Report is enclosed in the issuance, and link to download an electronic copy of the same is included in aid of dissemination of the results of the Hospital NDD policy implementation review.
This issuance originated from DOH HFDB: Address further inquiries about this issuance to the Bureau's Policy, Planning and Program Development Division.

All external clients of DOH Central Office bureaus and services, Centers for Health Development, DOH hospitals and treatment and rehabilitation center shall be required to fill out the FOI Standard Request Form at bit.ly/StandardFOIForm.
