By authority of the Secretary of Health, signed and issued by Dr. Albert Francis E. Domingo, Undersecretary of Health and Chief of Staff, addressed to DOH executives, central and regional directors, BARMM Ministry of Health, directors of specialty hospitals, chiefs of hospitals and other health facilities, heads of attached agencies, encloses signed copies of IAEEC advisories on the ten percent reduction on fuel consumption, dated March 3, 2026, and on the observance of GEMP guidelines, dated March 4, 2026, respectively, in aid of compliance by all concerned.
The issuances did not originate from DOH HFDB: Address further inquiries about these issuances to the Director of the Administrative Service as designated Energy Efficiency and Conservation Officer of the DOH Central Office.
