By authority of the Secretary of Health, signed and issued by Atty. Christian Lel M. Saquilabon, Assistant Secretary of Health, addressed to concerned DOH executives and regional directors, BARMM Ministry of Health, directors of specialty hospitals, chiefs of DOH hospitals, includes as annex to the issuance Confirmation Form to be filled up and submitted to the DOH HFDB on or before March 23, 2026 (Monday).
This issuance originated from DOH HFDB: Address further inquiries about this issuance to the DOH HFDB's Health Systems Development and Management Support Division.
