By authority of the Secretary of Health, signed and issued by Atty. Christian Lel M. Saquilabon, Assistant Secretary of Health, addressed to concerned DOH executives and regional directors, BARMM Ministry of Health, directors of specialty hospitals, chiefs of hospitals, includes as annex to the issuance the revised annual targets of "Percent (%) of Hospitals Recognized as Green and Safe Health Facilities" from 2026 to 2028 by region for reference. Links provided to materials and modules for self-directed training on the GVA Tool, Version 2 for consideration of targeted hospitals.
