Signed and issued by the Secretary of Health, Dr. Teodoro J. Herbosa, addressed to all DOH executives, central and regional directors, chiefs of DOH hospitals, treatment and rehabilitation centers, includes as annex to the issuance pre- and post-departure vehicle inspection checklist to aid implementation of prescribed measures.
This issuance did not originate from HFDB, but makes reference to the DOH Green and Safe Health Facilities Manual for consideration of additional measures. Address further inquiries about this issuance to the DOH Energy Efficiency and Conservation Officer designate, Director IV of the Administrative Service.
