By authority of the Secretary of Health, signed and issued by Atty. Christian Lel M. Saquilabon, Assistant Secretary of Health, addressed to DOH executives and regional directors (to the attention of respective Health Facility Development Units), BARMM Ministry of Health, directors of specialty hospitals, chiefs of hospitals, includes the link to access the online survey form to facilitate uptake in survey participation until March 31, 2026 (Tuesday).
