By authority of the Secretary of Health, signed and issued by Atty. Frances Mae Cherryl K. Ontalan, Assistant Secretary of Health, addressed to DOH regional directors, chiefs of hospitals, sanitaria, treatment and rehabilitation centers, highlights reminders on registration of lands to be acquired, and registration of untitled lands, for guidance and compliance of all concerned.
