Christian Lel Saquilabon, Assistant Secretary of Health, addressed to DOH executives and regional directors, and BARMM Ministry of Health, to the attention of respective regional Health Facility Development Units, and equivalent in BARMM, lists down all health facility development related programs, activities, and targets for guidance.
