General and Special Provisions on Green Health Facilities Under Republic Act No. 12314, Fiscal Year 2026 General Appropriations Act, Including 2025 Green-Star and Hospital Scorecard Rating of Department of Health Hospitals

By authority of the Secretary of Health, signed and issued by Atty. Christian Lel Saquilabon, Assistant Secretary of Health, addressed to concerned DOH executives and regional directors, BARMM Ministry of Health, directors of specialty hospitals, chiefs of DOH hospitals, includes as annexes to the issuance, the summary list of DOH hospitals' 2025 GVA scores, green-star ratings, and equivalents in the DOH hospital scorecard, as well as summary of general and special provisions with reference to green, safe, and climate-resilient health facilities under Republic Act No. 12324, of the FY 2026 General Appropriations Act in aid of dissemination of the information to all concerned.
