By authority of the Secretary of Health, signed and issued by Atty. Christian Lel Saquilabon, Assistant Secretary of Health, addressed to concerned DOH executives and respective regional directors, and chiefs of DOH hospitals, includes the online link to the 2025 HDRT to ensure compliance to the directive.
This issuance originated from HFDB: Address further inquiries about the issuance to the HFDB's Facility Performance Management Division.
