By authority of the Secretary of Health, signed and issued by Maylene M. Beltran, Assistant Secretary of Health, addressed to all DOH executives, central and regional directors, BARMM Ministry of Health, president and CEO of PhilHealth, includes updated guidelines and monitoring tool, as annex to the issuance and a link to download; also includes link to download monitoring and validation guide for provincial and city DOH representatives, in aid of implementation of these guidelines and tools.
This issuance did not originate from HFDB: Address further inquiries about the issuance to the DOH's Bureau of Local Health Systems Development. The HFDB is identified provider of technical assistance on the service delivery block of the LHS ML, characteristic on referral system, or SD 1.
