Interim Guidelines for Geriatric Screening and Integrated Care for Older Persons

By authority of the Secretary of Health, signed and issued by Dr. Gloria Balboa, Assistant Secretary of Health, addressed to all DOH executives, central and regional directors, BARMM Ministry of Health, chiefs of DOH hospitals, and local government units, includes as annexes to the issuance, a copy of the Geriatric Screening Form, pathway flowchart, care pathways, and recommendations for healthy lifestyle promotion for older persons, in support of strict compliance to this issuance.

This issuance did not originate from HFDB: Address further inquiries about this issuance to the DOH's Disease Prevention and Control Bureau.
