By authority of the Secretary of Health, signed and issued by Dr. Albert Francis E. Domingo, Undersecretary of Health, addressed to all DOH executives, central and regional directors, and BARMM Ministry of Health, encloses a copy of the year-end report, and includes a link to download the same in aid of dissemination for use as reference by stakeholders and partners concerned.
This issuance did not originate from DOH HFDB: Address further inquiries about this issuance to the DOH's Bureau of Local Health Systems Development. The DOH HFDB provides technical assistance on Service Delivery block's "Referral System" characteristic (or SD1).
