By authority of the Secretary of Health, signed and issued by Atty. Christian Lel M. Saquilabon, Assistant Secretary of Health, addressed to all DOH executives and regional directors, BARMM Ministry of Health, directors of specialty hospitals, chiefs of hospitals and other health facilities, encloses a copy of the NLSP 2025-2030, and includes a link to download the same in aid of disseminating the information.
