By authority of the Secretary of Health, signed and issued by Dr. Albert Francis E. Domingo, Undersecretary of Health and Chief of Staff, addressed to all DOH executives, central and regional directors, directors of specialty hospitals, chiefs of hospitals, and heads of attached agencies, includes measures prescribed by DC No. 2020-0238 pursuant to R.A. No. 11106 for guidance.
