By authority of the Secretary of Health, signed and issued by Atty. Christian Lel M. Saquilabon, Assistant Secretary of Health, addressed to all DOH executives, central and regional directors, BARMM Ministry of Health, chiefs of hospitals, includes a link to download list of completed and functional specialty centers in designated DOH hospitals for guidance of health care provider networks in referrals to specialized health care.
