By authority of the Secretary of Health, signed and issued by Atty. Christian Lel Saquilabon, Assistant Secretary of Health, addressed to select DOH executives and regional directors, and chiefs of DOH hospitals, also stipulates provisions unaffected by this amendment still stand in effect.
This issuance originated from HFDB: Address further inquiries about DC No. 2026-0014 and its amendment to the HFDB's Facility Performance Management Division.
