By authority of the Secretary of Health, signed and issued by Dr. Mary Ann Palermo-Maestral, Undersecretary of Health, provides details in the operationalization of the PH:HSRP, and the roles and responsibilities of concerned DOH central offices, CHDs, and the 17 project provinces, which include Isabela, Masbate, Sorsogon, Iloilo, Bohol, Leyte, Zamboanga del Sur, Zamboaga Sibugay, Lanao del Norte, Misamis Oriental, Davao de Oro, Davao del Norte, South Cotabato, Sultan Kudarat, Agusan del Sur, Maguindanao del Norte, and Maguindanao del Sur. Includes a link to access a copy of the POM in aid of dissemination of the information.
