By authority of the Secretary of Health, signed and issued by Atty. Christian Lel Saquilabon, Assistant Secretary of Health, addressed to all DOH executives, central and regional directors, BARMM Ministry of Health, directors of specialty hospitals, chiefs of hospitals, treatment and rehabilitation centers, local government units, includes links to access the National Patient Safety Program Strategic Plan 2023-2028, and its Annual Updates, in aid of dissemination of the information.
