By authority of the Secretary of Health, signed and issued by Dr. Mar Wynn Bello, Director IV and Officer-in-Charge, addressed to all DOH executives, central and regional directors, director-general of the FDA and heads of attached agencies, chiefs of hospitals, includes a link to download, and as annex to the issuance, a copy of the IP Operational Plan for Health 2026 in aid of dissemination to all concerned.
This issuance did not originate from HFDB: Address further inquiries about this issuance to the Bureau of Local Health Systems Development.
