Signed and issued by the Secretary of Health, Dr. Teodoro Herbosa, aims to provide guidance in implementation of the Medical Assistance to Indigents and Financially Incapacitated Patients (MAIFIP) Program, including eligibility and documentary requirements, availment procedures, service coverage, order of charging, terms and conditions, and fund authorization; covers DOH Central Office and Centers for Health Development, BARMM Ministry of Health, government and privately-owned institutions and health facilities relevant to the MAIFIP program implementation.
