Signed and issued by the Secretary of Health, Dr. Teodoro J. Herbosa, sets the implementing rules and regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 12117, signed into law on January 3, 2025, directing the renaming of Mindanao Central Sanitarium in Pasabolong, Zamboanga City to the DOH Zamboanga Regional Medical Center, with the IRR also covering for the DOH ZRMC operations and management.
