Signed and issued by the Secretary of Health, Dr. Teodoro J. Herbosa, sets the implementing rules and regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 12240, signed into law on June 29, 2025, mandating the establishment of DOH Aurora Medical Center in Baler, Aurora, with the IRR also covering for the DOH AUMEC operations and management.
