Herbosa, the issuance applies to the DOH central and regional offices, DOH and GOCC hospitals, PhilHealth, and other national government agencies; includes in its annexes the documentary requirements and process flows for inclusion, exclusion, and facilitated review in the PNDFS.
This issuance did not originate from the HFDB: Address further inquiries about this issuance to the DOH Pharmaceutical Division.
